How to make a call?
The simplest way is to call right from the front page. There is a widget located at the middle of the page. You need to type in the desired phone number in international format in the white field and push the green button right underneath it. The Adobe Flash Player privacy pop-up question will appear. When you select Allow the call, it can be completed, otherwise you cannot make calls from our site.

How can I adjust my microphone settings?
We use the Adobe Flash technology to provide you the services. You can change the microphone or adjust the microphone volume as displayed in the screenshot. Please note, we do not recommend to set the highest volume possible. You can test your microphone settings by clicking echo-test or latency-test buttons.

What do I need to make a call right from the web browser?
All you need are microphone and headphones. In order to decrease an echo effect we suggest to use headphones instead of speakers. -
Are free calls completely free?
Yes, they are. However the number of calls is limited per user session on a daily basis. Please refer to the free destinations page to find out possible calling directions. -
Can I get free funds to test the paid service?
No, we don’t provide this. But you can make a test using our free calls. If there are no free directions avialable, you can test the service by completing this simple task. -
What are the rates for paid calls?
Just go to the rates page. You can search by country or by number as well. -
Does the balance expire?
Your balance will never expire. -
Is there any connection fee?
There is no connection fee. You pay only for minutes consumed. Please refer to the rate page for the actual prices. All prices are in US dollars per minute. For instance, if you have $5 on your account and the desired destination costs $0.014 per minute, you can talk for about 6 hours. -
What is the maximum time I can talk during one call?
We have a restriction of one hour per call. In order to talk more than one hour, just make a second call. -
Do you offer bundles or volume discount rate plans?
No, we currently don’t offer any discount rate plans but we intend to do so in the future. -
Can I make several concurrent calls?
No, you can`t. You are restricted to only one call at a time per account. However, email us if you require this feature. -
Where can I see the call statistics?
You can see the calls history on the Call history page at your account. Bear in mind the date and time of calls are given in UTC (GMT+0) time zone. -
