I have not received the confirmation email.
If confirmation email can`t be found in Inbox folder, check the Spam folder. Make sure you have entered the correct email address during registration. Contact us if you still can’t find confirmation email.
What should I do if I lost my password?
You can always reset the lost password by clicking on Forgot Password? Link right under the Login button. Enter your email address and we will send you the instructions to reset the password and gain control of your account at Call2Friends.com.
How can I replenish the account?There are several payment systems we currently work with:

- SMS (currently available at select locations only)
- Payment terminals (currently available at select locations only)
- Yandex.Money (currently available at select locations only)
You can choose any of them on the Add Funds page. The amount depends on the payment system and your preferences. The funds on your account are available instantly.
What is the minimum amount required for account replenishment?We require a minimum payment of 5 US dollars. We take care of all the processing costs.
What is the minimum balance I need to use your services?There`s no minimum balance. You need funds only to make paid calls with unlimited time.
Can I get the refund?We are striving to provide the best services possible and will solve any problem we can. Just contact us via [email protected]. If the issue can`t be resolved, we will make a refund of your payment.
